20. In the event of a dispute or dispute between the owner and the contractor, the architect`s decision is binding on both parties. Contracts can be executed under the seal (signed, certified and, above all, specified by the parties that they are executed as an act) or under hand (a « simple contract » that has just been signed by the parties). For more information, see: Contracts under the v seal on hand. (a) The contractor may, if authorized in writing or confirmed in writing by the architect, and then in writing with the owner`s consent, and refrain or depart from the work presented and described in the calendars, and the contractor may not make any additional or derogative proceedings without this authorization or instruction. A construction contract is an agreement between a contractor and a contractor who defines the details of a construction project. Details of a work contract should include all aspects of the project, including payment, the nature of the work performed, the contractor`s legal rights and more. The agreement should be developed by experts and standards should be developed to protect the interests of both parties. The signing date of the contract must be displayed at the top of the page.
The date of occupancy of the site by the contractor should be set in the agreement. 2. This contract is based on one square metre. The cost per square metre of built area is Rs. 1750 (only seven hundred and fifty) (filling with cost). The square metre should cover all built-up areas, including balconies and utilities. Sit-outs and passages are calculated at 200 Rs per sft. If the agreement is signed, it cannot be amended at a later date, unless it is agreed by both parties.
Contractual conditions that are useful to both parties (owners and civil contractors) must be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the terms of the contract, you should be able to negotiate with the contractor. Under a lump sum contract, the contractor and contractor agree, before the work begins, a « fixed price » for the work to be carried out. This contract may also apply to housing and industry contracts. It may be a greater risk to the contractor because there are fewer mechanisms that allow the contractor to vary its price. The rates set in the calendar are based on the base rates for steel and cement which, in the event of an escalation of these base rates, are carried out according to a downward or upward revision of contractually agreed quantities/values. Any escalation of other objects, materials or accounts is not permitted.
